We removed the existing roof and added 750 SF of living space to the back of the house, completely reconfiguring the layout. The renovation included 2,000 SF of new wood flooring, two new bathrooms, a full kitchen remodel, a front porch addition, and two new roofline gables above the porch and garage. The exterior was updated with a new roof, windows, siding, and painted brick, creating a fully transformed home.
